Murtaza Jameel joined the TPL E-Ventures team in late 2021 and is currently an investment professional at CQS UK LLP in London (a global multi-strategy credit hedge fund) where he specializes in European high yield, distressed debt, and leveraged loans. Before CQS, he spent 3 years at Afiniti (a B2B artificial intelligence start-up), where he focused on the UK and European revenue growth, commercial strategy, and deal origination. Murtaza received his B.Sc degree in Economics and Politics from the London School of Economics, during which time he also served as a summer investment professional within Cerberus’ European private equity and distressed debt arm.
